I don't think we have a nice printable single page PDF file made of it, but that might not be a bad idea to make one. :)

In the meantime, this chart on Wikipedia shows you the pronunciations and the stroke orders:

If you can print that out, that should be a great start. :)

(There are links below the image to download PNG versions, which you should be able to print a single page version of in just about any graphics program today.)
