Apart from formality, is there any difference between 首相 (of Japan) and 内閣総理大臣?

You mean the target of に? It was the ほれ薬.

The sentence conclusion I expected was して下され」 or something like that. As in, "change X into Y, please." It wasn't very open-ended, nor intuitive. Sorry.
