RE: Relationships

Let me start by saying, this is all my opinion and I'm not pushing it on anyone. Now, I've been told that sort of thing can happen; where a person who felt love once for someone, now can only use 'like', and eventually a word not even that strong. RE: Buying Kimono Over the Internet

Worse comes to worse, I have no problem with buying one and shipping it over for you. =)
For some reason, that struck me as a really really sweet offer. I feel like I should thank you by proxy.

That Gackt bit made me giggle. More importantly, we just had one of these posts, and one of the smart gentlemen (two_heads or was it Mike? With my luck, I guessed completely wrong and someone will pop on shortly with a snappy comeback. <sigh>) mentioned that you should learn to woo the ladies in you...

You can also rely on the fact that you'll get quite a few laughs if you know enough of both languages to see how wrong they are. For example, if you know Latin, German, or any Spanish whatsoever, you can have a great time messing with the translator back and forth!

I posted something like this when I was new to the site too. Made me feel stupid at the time- just so you know others...

さようなら
You know, I was always under the impression that さようなら is used in cases where you'll never see each other again? Is it perhaps just overly formal for most day-to-day uses?
