i,myself, would prefer tokyo but i guess since you were there b4 already..maybe you should check out osaka or kyoto..and maybe make visits to tokyo if you feel the need for big city life...but, the language barrier is just big in osaka or kyoto bcuz of the kansai region thing >_<

really? when i was there, people sounded happy when we told them we were from hawaii...they were like cool..i wanna visit there some day. and they told us the shopping areas when we told them where we were headed towards...the people i met seemed to enjoy our visit there...and i met a lot of people ...

I need to open a "store" for japanese class...and im doing a jewelry store. so how do would you translate this? i'm not sure if it should all be in katakana or if some should be in kanji...i think it would look better if there were some kanji in it though. noo...i dont think that japanese and chinese are alike..hahas i cant think of any cool comebacks either -o-...but, i derno...americans and canadians pretty much look the same but they speak the same language w/ diff. accents...so i dont think americans/canadians are a good comparison w/ japanese/chi...
