i dont think he means a flashcard program - anyway, kanadajin, if you want a random word generator, try looking for a "random name generator" - i think there's plenty of those. unless ofcourse if you mind the words being names :P you'll have to do the guessing part yourself though on the other hand,...

line thickness isnt important you know. i'd suggest sticking with a pencil or a pen till you get a good grasp of kanji and, after that, doing paintbrush stuff for fun (unless you really like it or are taking calligraphy classes ;)). judging from how many times i write a kanji to get it to look reada...
