Although i should probobly know by now, im still stumped on how to spell my name, mosly cause theres a "v" in it and theres not much close to a "v" in japanese. So how would you spell Evan?

I was listening to a japanese podcast that is supposed to teach you little usefull phrases. So far ive been ok, but i cannot tell when they are saying zu and su. How do i tell the difference?

whats the difference between Wa and Ga? They seem to mean the same thing but i see them all over in differnt places. Can someone give me a good explination of the 2?

Ok, but im also looking for some historical sites as well, like temples and such. I like the osala/kyoto/nara idea cause im interested in both aspects of Japan. If anyone has any good historical places to visit that'd be great.
