RE: って

I wasn't actually talking about the verb ending; I realized there could've been a mix-up when I was falling asleep last night.

Thanks for all that information, guys. It really helps! ^_^

って

I've been going through a bit of learning materials(as well as anime) and I keep noticing that って is added on to the end of words a lot. Mostly nouns and people's names. Can anyone tell me exactly what it's used for?

Also, I believe that the ending -ません a polite suffix, while -ない is more informal. ^_^

RE: Study Group: Lesson 7

Hm...

もくようび:

ごぜん ろくじ: さめる (wake up)
ごぜん しちじ - ごご いちじ はん: がっこう
にじ - よじ: テニス
くじ はん:ねる (go to bed)

How often do you have to use 'gozen' and 'gogo'? Is it implied after the first time? Just wondering ^_^

Naw, I'm 25% Lebanese. My grandmother on my mother's side is from Lebanon. I just felt like mentioning that for the sole reason that you said you were Israeli. ^_^

RE: Study Group: Lesson 5

You put 'ajimemashite' instead of 'hajimemashite'. Hurrah for japanese typos!

イスラエリ人? クール! わたしは にじゅうご分 レバノン人 です!

Not sure how to write 25%: Nijuugo = 25, and I put the "rate, part" symbol behind it.

That's just the name of my high school, Lacey High School. Wasn't sure how to write that. ^^; And it's supposed to be shi, not tsu :E

I'm here too. School finally let up enough, so I'm going over the vocab in all the lessons. ^_^

Ah, I know all the kana already, but I doubt that it's necessary. We have a whole week on the topic, y'know? It's not THAT much ;)

Then again, my life is almost completely dominated by the internet @_@

RE: Study Group: Lesson 1

I think I spotted a typo in the first lesson. Where it says

ななみちゃんわてゃしひはげんきですか。

you have the てゃ there. I'm not completely sure, but I don't think that's a possible combination. I'm not even sure what that word is :E

Just so you know. ;)
