RE: No Romaji?

When I started learning I forgot about writing/reading in romanji and just looked at the hiragana/katakana character...it helps out alot and I think helps you learn faster. Like you should try to remember the hiragana character and sound instead of reading it in romaji. I think I'm pretty much sayin...

RE: Elfen Lied

Elfen Lied is one of the top animes I've seen! It made me cry soo much and the ending, to me, was pretty complete...The ending was symbolic with Lucy/Nana and the Musicbox /Clock...I would love it though if they could continue it to the end like the manga.:)

RE: Long hair males in japan?

LOL that would be cool if they had different smileys! I can see what you mean about the being called a fag in America and beaten up... It's not a big deal here at my school where the most known guys are with long hair, but other places hate off people with long hair and get called gay because of it....

RE: Finally finished with hiragana!

Wow I'm happy for you! Japanese is very interesting so don't ever give up on learning it;)! I'm sure that you'll be releived to see how much easier Katakana is compared to hiragana (at least it was in my experience!). Also make sure to practice writing them specially the ones that aren't used much:).
