Yea I guess I should have said will any of these enhance my vocabulary. Thanks for the reply. I'm going to find a good textbook though and try and study as much as I can through out the school year. Unfortunately my school doesn't offer Japanese, but I really want to learn it so I'm on my own.

Thanks for all the replies. I will most certainly look for a good Japanese textbook. I'm still looking into Rosetta Stone ( It's pretty expensive), but it sure does look promising. I do have a quick question for chikara though. .... I hear and speak Japanese when I'm at the Dojo, when giving command...
