Authentication failed?

Hi
I´ve been trying to log into the chat a couple of times recently and it always seems to give me the message "Authentication failed". I don´t understand what I´m doing wrong, I´m sure I wrote the name and pass right...I think? Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Are you remembering to add the "@thejapanesepage.com" part after the username?

Are you using the same password you use to log into the forum specifically?

like;
username: Maix@thejapanesepage.com
password: <your forum password>

I wonder if they might have gotten out of sync somehow? I might be able to reset it for you, test it myself, and then email you the new password or something.

Aaah, so thats why... I kept using my normal log in pass on the chat, didn+t know you were supposed to use the forum one. Anyway thanks alot
