I need a chat admin's help BAD!

Ok i logged into chat....twice...the first time i logged in then off and i checked to make sure i was off and im still there..the second name did the same too!!
Can an admin ban Ed Elric_Inu Gurl™ & Homunculus™.
TRUST ME THIS IS ME JUST PM THEM AND YOU"LL SEE NO RESPONSE!!!

I think when he logs on somehow his computer logs him off. and he can't sign on again with the same name because his account still stays on.

But what does that have to do with those other two names he mentioned?

I think those (Ed Elric_Inu Gurlt82; & Homunculust82;) are the two screennames this person used to log in and can't get logged off. So it looks like these are two people still in the chat room, but these are actually just two screennames created by the same person. And this person is asking an admin to kick them off because he/she is not logged in and the names won't leave.

Well, the names are gone now, so everything should be fine.

If you see a ghost of your name it should disappear when the cookie expires. I think it is less than an hour. Maybe 30 minutes - can't remember.
