I'm guessing you put a lot of work into it, but it's not as convenient as the other chat room, and that's why the problems. No one likes downloading extra programs, and then figuring out how to work them(and troubleshoot them) if they don't have to. Also, for new members, it's not as easy as just clicking the chat button on the main page.
