For those lacking imaging software, The GIMP is a free download with most of the functionality of Photoshop.

when I try to type in "waga" I get this　わが is that right? I don't seem to be typing the right thing. It looks even more different if photoshop.

Target size is 135x135. Your image (at 100x400) could be a little taller, and is way too wide. Can you reformat to meet those restricions?
