No, but that's because THAT is an existing, recognized phrase. "Ware/wa(ga) Wiki" isn't. "我Wiki" could just as much be the phrase "ware Wiki" (leaving out the copula and in simple form, it states "I am Wiki").

Besides the limit of around 135 x 135 pixels and a having a transparent background are their any other things you are looking for in the logo?

EDIT: meh, I just used paint, And Im not at my house so I don't have IME. I had to paint the Words so yeah..
