Friends site down?

The friends site seems to be down, for the last 24 hours. It tells me:

Due to system maintenance work, this site is temporarily unavailable from
13:30 to 15:30 GMT +08:00 HongKong time. Please try after 15:30 GMT+08:00

This isn't just me right?
Is someone working on the problem?
Is there somewhere else to report the problem, if this isn't the right place?

Hmm okay. Thanks guys.
Maybe it's because my profile was rejected, now it won't let me log in to correct it.
(I mentioned pcdoctors.co.za as a means to contact me - which I suppose they didn't like much )

But that doesn't really make sense to me. As soon as I click the 'login' button on the top, it tells me that it's down for maintenance.
Or if I try to log in with my details on the left menu - same thing.

Wondering if my IP address is blacklisted or something.. a bit extreme though, surely?
