All These "Question Marks"

Why is everything changed into question marks and how do I fix it?

Do you have Japanese support installed? If not, see the FAQ.
If you already have Japanese support installed, then check to see what encoding your browser is using. This forum uses Shift-JIS, you should select Auto-Detect Japanese because there are other encodings that a webpage can use for Japanese text.
