Speech contest

In March, there will be a Japanese speech contest in The Hague.
First prize is a ticket to Japan, apparently.
As I understand, the speech is to be about 5 minutes and you'll have to answer 2 or 3 'simple' questions about your topic.
That last bit makes it way out of my league, but I thought some of the other Dutchies here might want to give it a shot.....

There's also a speech contest in Chicago, I believe, but I'm not 100% sure of the details because there is no way I would ever put myself through that
