Hi I'm new and I really need to know... how do I see and right japanese on the computer. I looked at the guide but it didn't help much. my pc is pretty old (it's a dell and it says "inspiron 2200" on it) can someone help me out?

First off, we'd need to know what your operating system is, like Windows XP etc., otherwise we can't help you.
