Here are some sentences I made up, the only things I looked up were the words "green grocer's" and "vegetable". Please tell me if their wrong or sound unnatural.

安いのに、　買いません！！　　Even though it's cheap, I will not buy it!!
でも、　青いなら買います。 but if it's blue I'll buy it.

私のピザを食べる何のためですか？ Why are you eating my pizza?
八百屋に行く何のためでしたか？！ Why did you go to the Green Grocery shop?
今日、　１２月３日ほんとですか？ Is today really December 3rd?
私は五十音を好きのに、　漢字のほうが。 Even though I like the Japanese alphabet, I like Kanji better.
野菜を私は大好きませんのに、　魚を大好きだよ！！ Even though I don't like vegetables very much, I love fish!!

These are OK.

どうして(or 何のために)八百屋に行ったのですか？

私は五十音を好きのに、　漢字のほうが。 Even though I like the Japanese alphabet, I like Kanji better.

仮名が好きでも、漢字のほうが好きです。

野菜を私は大好きませんのに、　魚を大好きだよ！！ Even though I don't like vegetables very much, I love fish!!

野菜があまり好きではなくても、魚が大好きだよ。

You cannot use temo/demo like this.

I think just using が will sound much better.
野菜があまり好きではないが、魚が大好きだよ

Same with this one I think.
仮名が好きだが、漢字のほうが好きです

There might be other solutions, but at least でも/ても cannot be used in these sentences.

（実際に安い場合）（それは）安いけれども、（私は）買いません！！
（実際は安くない場合）たとえ安くても、（私は）買いません！！
でも青いのなら買います/買うつもりです。
