Ｉ just noticed that the Windows Journal has a built in genkou youshi. This is especially cool since I've been using my stylus for input lately.
Just open up the windows journal. Go to page setup and Background and title area. Select the background image Genkou 1 or 2. Then turn off the title area. Click on Style tab and select blank for line style and there you go. It also helps if you use a stylus input pad like Bamboo or bamboo fun. But I suppose you could just print them out and use them like normal paper.
