This is unpronouncable. お is never written small like this except for in manga, and only then for purely visual effect.
But even if you had typed the お large, it would be impossible, as the small っ only appears before consonants. You'd run the danger of popping a blood vessel in your head if you tried reading this aloud.

This looks more like real Japanese. Where you trying to type "good afternoon?" If so, be careful when typing this word.
こんいちわ is incorrect
こんにちは is correct
Remember that when the partical is written in romaji, it's wa, but that it's actually written with the hiragana character for ha.

Mukade-sensei, try changing your perspective. I think what was meant to be conveyed is "hello". Though it doesn't make sense in neither English nor Japanese, it makes sense if you think using wapuro romaji. In some IME's or Japanese Word Processors, combinations like "lo" or "li" would result in the small kanas ぉ and ぃ respectively. I think what was done was the words "hello" and "konnichiwa" were typed in as the poster saw/heard them.
Hence, pらcちせ is "practice". Mangled Japanese/English, I know.

Gotcha.
You know, I was banging my head against my desk trying to figure out what he was trying to say...I never thought to consider the possibility that he had just written an English word with the kana turned on.
Gosh, what a neat secret code that would make. I'll have to send private messages to my friends that way from now on! B)
