I think that it would be:
わたしたちキチちゃんは恋愛です。

But I'm not absolutely sure.

I'm not sure what you were trying to say? Maybe ?

What's up with the giant Sgt. Frog thing? it's great and all, but... o_O

That should work... It doesn't seem right, though. It's more of a 'Concerning Hello Kitty, let's talk about [that] love. It's very vague... ish. Hmm. I'm tempted to use 'キチちゃんのあいははなしあおう,' but that would be 'let's talk about Kitty-chan's love. How would you express 'our love for?'

'キチちゃんは私達のあいがはなしあおう?' That sounds good...

>_<

Personally, I don't like Hello Kitty. But, I can't pass up an opportunity to practice Japanese! :D

Sorry for the slight thread-jack.

Tspoonami, you are spelling キティちゃん wrong too. :(
To say "lets talk about our love for Hello Kitty"、 I would say

Whoa, I didn't spot that was in the signature, that's way over the size allowed in the FAQ (400x100)

Ooh, a translation contest. May I try aswell?

Or maybe
I can't decide which of the two has the greatest degree of wrong-ness, but, hey, that's how one learns. :|

hungryhotei has already won the contest -- twice.

Sorry I can't write in kana...I'm on a school mac computer

If that is true, it is the fault of the school, not the computer.

I was trying to write "we love hello kitty", but I suppose some people have written "Our love for Hello kitty" and I guess thats fine too.

I'm wondering:

Aikou... Is that proper usage?

I did say before, but it is キティちゃん.

キティちゃん愛好する makes sense, but I'm not sure 愛好 has exactly the meaning you think it does. To say something like 'we love hello kitty', something like 大好き would definately be best.

When I type 'ti' into the IME, it comes out as チ, and I have to look at the keyboard to type, so I don't notice it :(

... What do I type for the other character?

I know what it means, but I just wanted to make sure I was understanding usage of 'suru' verbs correctly... This seemed to be a prime testing ground! :D

(^ does this mean, 'Yes, sir, I understand?' Or does it mean, as Rikaichan defines it 'Certainly?' I saw it in the Random House Dictionary, and... yeah.)

>_>
