ことわざの説明
We're reviewing plain form in class and were doing little posters on Japanese proverbs... just wanting to check if this little blurb I've got is grammatically okay.
「猿も木から落ちる。」
皆は完璧じゃない。専門家も素人も時々間違える。そして、間違えたらその間違いから習う方が良いよ。後でもっと上手になるだろう。
"Even monkes fall from trees."
No one is perfect (lit. everyone is not perfect- sounds a bit awkward to me). Both experts and amateurs make mistakes. And if you make a mistake, you should learn from it. You'll get better afterwards.
Bahh I really need to practice more. As far as listening to Japanese goes (and speaking it, I guess), I'm doing really well for where I am in my studies so far, but writing is hard for me.

RE: ことわざの説明
Grammatically it looks OK except that it's 間違ったら (what you wrote was "If you can make mistakes").
いい is not usually written with kanji -- I think most native speakers would read 良い as よい, which is too formal for the tone of the rest of what you wrote.

Thanks! So writing it again:
だれも完璧じゃない。専門家も素人も時々間違える。そして、間違えたらその間違いから習う方がいいよ。後でもっと上手になるだろう。
Hope that looks better.
