In konnichiwa, the wa is the particle, so it's a 「は」.

ee? Did you mean ii, meaning good?

Remember to add a wa(は) between nihon and doko.

"nihon, doko desu ka?" is fine without "wa".

It should be "doko" rather than "doku", and "ii" rather than "ee" (as seiryuu says). However, the "ee, sou desu" earlier is fine ("ee" means "yes" in that case). It's also "sou" rather than "so", "ja" rather than "jaa", "kekkou" rather than "keko", "nomitai" rather than "nomiatai", and "hibuya dori wa" should be "de" instead.

There are some unnatural parts too but I think that's it as far as grammar and words.

Excellent thanks Yudan you have no idea how much that helps. Really it impacts a lot, especially when I cannot hear Pimsleur, I would like to add that my incorrect spellings of the ones you were pointed out have actually for the most part been corrected by other japanese learners too!

I have Ja as jyaa jya jara from different people... I really ought to get a dictionary or something to supplement.

The first conversation was supposed to be inferring that the guy was a tad crazy. I dont know if that was conveyed or not in Nihongo though.

I would suggest against using oddball dialogues or sentences early in your learning stages -- I know that there's a tendency to want to be creative, but it can make it very hard for people to tell whether you are making mistakes or whether you are intending to sound odd.
