You are probebly using windows, I can see why gimp.org confused you.(see edit below)

If you are using windows, use these instructions to install gimp.

Install this:
http://easynews.dl.sourceforge.net/sour ... -setup.zip

Then this:
http://easynews.dl.sourceforge.net/sour ... -setup.zip

Now gimp is stalled, you can use this tutorial to help you along.

\\edit: BTW, "I can see why gimp.org confused you." wasn't a "windows users are dumb" insult. Finding windows instructions for gimp on gimp.org can be frustrating.

I might be getting Photoshop tomorrow (Hopefully) So then I can have a new avatar and fun stuff like that! Thanks for your help though!
