My favourite Manga of all times is Kizuna. I love it. I own the whole series and have already read it about a million times and I don't get bored. 
I also like One Piece, Naruto and Shin Chan. They're also good for beginners as they have furigana.

I can't pick *a* favorite, as I have many that I enjoy to the fullest...
My list would have to look something like:
- Hayate no Gotoku
- Clannad
- K-ON!
- Spice & Wolf
- Lucky Star
- FMA
- Mahou Sensei Negima!
- Psyren
- Zero no Tsukaima
- Shakugan no Shana
I feel like I'm forgetting one that I shouldn't, too...
