Im mostly interested in Inuyasha, cowboy bebop and trigun for right now.

Take a look at Sasuga Japanese Bookstore. It is an English site that sells Japanese goods; artbooks, CDs, imported (untranslated) manga, and domestic (translated) manga, among other items. Their translated manga collection pales in comparison to their untranslated though (83 different volumes translated, 11728 untranslated).
