I've seen in anime where girls will put their finger below 1 eye and pull down and stick their tongue out? What is this? lol

Yah!! I use this expression all the time with my family and friends. I haven't seen a lot of people use it but i think it's fun... That's why my display pic is doing it!! Lol!!

It's also an Italian gesture.
For instance, if you were with a friend, shopping for a car, and the car dealer told you so many nice things about it, exaggerating all of the details, and your friend did this gesture, your friend would be telling you something along the lines of, "Hey, this guy's trying to screw you over."
