You can buy the japanes ones from amazon or sasuga bookstore. They are pretty easy to read.

It depends on the series. If you look on a site like amazon.jp it should give the release date for each volume so you should be able to have a fair guess at when the next one is coming out. Of course if it is coming out quite soon they would be taking pre-orders.

It's already been out from late last year. I'm currently waiting for the 7th book also...

よつばと７　is out now. You can buy it at yesasia.com or I think sasugabooks should have it in their system now. I'll be getting it soon, just waiting to see what the super 水曜日 sale has tomorrow to see if I knock anything off my list or not...
