有田wares
I received some Arita (有田)pottery for a Christmas present and I did a bit of a google search and found out the history of it. And I'm wondering if it's classy? - I mean is it high-class, expensive stuff, or mass-produced cheap stuff?
Whatever it is it looks nice!
But I'd like to know a bit more about it. If anyone knows, please reply!

Without seeing the bloody thing, how the heck can we tell? It's like "Toledo steel" or "Waterford glasses" -- some were incredibly ritzy and expensive, while others were mass-produced to trade on the name.

This is a case where context means... PICTURES.. without those, as Tony so bluntly put it, we are no good to you.
