Long lasting dramas.
Hello! I haven't posted for a long while... Anyway, I was watching bad daytime TV today and I came across Days of Our Lives. My mom watched this show for almost the whole time this drama-Soap has been on TV and said it's been on for 30+ years.
I was wondering if there are any TV shows like Days of Our Lives in Japan that has been going on that long. I know that many dramas don't last more than a year, generally, but are there are any shows like that lasting that long?
Thanks for reading!

Mito Komon is the great grand-daddy of Japanese TV shows. 38 seasons, over 1000 episodes.
