Do you know where can i find information about japan rail sings and signals, i am really curious, the railway system in japan looks really nice.

I know it's a somewhat obvious place to look for information, but have you tried reading http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_railway_signals?

I doubt whether it is more comprehensive than Mike's link, but I think it is worth a read. By the way, were you specifically looking for a Japanese article? I couldn't really tell from your post.
