I guess in Japan they don't pay as much attention at someone's hair style...
In USA.. I think its more.. the same.. at list if looking at average. (talking about students and such.. more)..
Of course.. At the moment, I live in North Alabama.. so... People here are a bit.. "dry".. not all but.. still.

My dad told me today that once he went to a bookstore and he saw this guy with this hair all clipped with those things that are SORT OF like paper clips, but look different. I can't remember what they are called though. :p

No, it's not hairclips. It's like those things where you put the little lever things in one direction, put pressure on it, and it opens up to put your papers together with. I'm confusing...
