Huh? Maybe you'd be better of living in a cabin in the woods far away from all computers, safe from your paranoia that they will one day take over the world and start eating humans.

But really, there's no such thing as free. If you want "free" e-mail, you have to pay for it by seeing ads. The thing about google is it shows you ads related to what's in your e-mails--a human doesn't read your e-mail, your info isn't shown to anyone else, and they don't make any money off you unless YOU PERSONALLY click one of the ads in your inbox. No one's taking advantage of you.

The only way to get what you want is to use non-free e-mail: buy your own damn e-mail server then you can do whatever you want with it.

there is a saying, Beggars can't be choosers. If you get something for free, Then don't complain as if you had paid for it.

Well I do plan on running a server on one of my PC's. I could do something for email.

Next question. What are popular Japanese P2P programs?

Japanese people aren't big into the P2P. Everyone properly buys their stuff like good consumers.

Didn't Winny have a problem with a virus during the summer? Is Winny have a torrent-like system or is it more like Gnutella? If it was like a torrent system then I'd be worried because viruses would be hard to get on a system like that (unless the original file was a virus itself).

Yep. It was called the "Police crack down and throw the creators in jail" virus.

So the "new" p2p tool is "share" as Winny is no longer updated ;)
And its not like a torrent system, its more like edonkey. But not with a serverlist. you need to enter NODES into it where you connect to. (Clusters)

Do you mean... register?

Yes, you have to tell it what name you want to use before it can give you said name.

Not sure I like that eDonkey-like model. Oh well. ;_;

What are some good gaming sites? I looked at Famitsu and was underwhelmed.

Here's a good PC gaming site: http://www.4gamer.net/

I've been unable to find any good site for console gaming though.
