Myths

Hey there! I was wondering if you had any classic Japanese stories from myths, legends, or folk tales. You can also include fantasy creatures such as Kappas for example.
I was wondering if there were any children stories or cool things maybe people refer to in conversations like English speakers do sometimes.

The fairy tales listed on this page are quite famous. You should be able to find English translations of most of them on the internet if you have a look around.
