you would have to ask the girl that you are interested in what is attractive to her.
Wouldn't advise this.I'm far from being an expert on the subject, but as I understand it, what girls find attractive, and what they like to think they find attractive, aren't necessarily the same thing.
you missed the point.. I am not suggesting that the person who wants to know should ask.. but that if you(a neutral source) were to ask 1000 girls what they find attractive, then you will get 1000 different answers.. In other words, there is no instruction manual for females or males for that matter.. We all tick in different ways and we all like different things. but hey, jumping to conclusions is only fun when you find out what you thought was a safe jump, was actually a disaterous one.. your mileage may vary..

Every girl who does not fall for you after showing your leg hair is clearly a lesbian!

Igiari! Because there's a contradiction in every internet statement.

RE: What attracts Japanese woman
I retract my previous statement.
Seems one of the girls at a restaurant, it happens to be a Japanese place, has taken to talking to me whenever we see each other. Yep, I'm shocked. lol
Back on topic, I do have to say my previous statement has been proven false. I was polite, funny (geeks are goof-balls lol), and when she offered a drink I accepted. I had to turn down a beer, but took a coke instead. Oh, and her father was the owner there and we got to talking and such... so that could of helped too. Stupid me never put two and two toghter and figured out that they were related until she pointed it out. >.>
So thanks to me being myself, I got a new friend. Woo!
EDIT: A new FEMALE friend... Giddy giddy...

Much better than ending up saying "My mistake. You're both Asian, so I just assumed..."

Oh yeah?! Well, I also a life you see! I need to make costumes for the upcoming KAWAIIsupercoolRAINBOWS~ANIMEpalooza'09. I will dress up as Akiru, the well known anime character from the show Inuyuppie. It's the next big thing.

I need to correct his as it is one of the most annoying typos I see

Back on topic. I know there are many here who have dated, are currently dating or are married to a japanese so why not attempt to shine some (more) light on all of this for the curious.
My girlfriend, according to herself, likes handsome but not too buff men and she dislikes uptight guys, nail biters, sukebe and otaku (contemporary definition). Her favourite colours are purple and green. She likes dogs (but she recently discovered that she likes cats as well...). She likes classical music, Spitz, Chihiro Onitsuka and men who likes that kind of music too. She's doesn't like anime or manga. She really likes long walks in the forest and working out, so lazy days are not permitted.
Did she fit in the box?

I'm so redneck, I read that as "So that could have helped, too," without even noticing the 'of'.
Anywho, I have to agree with Mike when he said women like slobs or jerks. It's... pretty true. I can't say I've fallen in love with anyone else, as of yet.

That's not a typo, it's bad grammar. Big difference.

Aren't they just like the same as our western females? Except that they can be very shy in terms of embarrased situations, I suppose. I can't imagine that all Japanese girls want something a western girl doesn't want, girls are girls and no aliens. But I could be wrong, maybe.
