I go with my gut and my gut says he was on the level. At first I thougth it was a troll, but the more I read the more flashes of (bi-polar) friends came out. lashing out at others, deep depression, and harsh self criticism are pretty common amongs bi-polars. However, there is a small chance this person does this for attention. but again, I go with the gut.
