Well, you could do one of two things.

A ) TJP has samples of the sounds in the Hiragana section, so you can listen to those and imitate them to help your pronunciation

or B ) Get some files of actual Japanese people having a conversation and imitate that.

I recommend the first one.

Japanese about.com has a number of audio files.

If you're serious about wanting to improve your pronunciation, wikipedia has a pretty good article on Japanese phonology.

It might be a little dense if you don't have any previous familiarity with linguistics, but it'll give you a lot of hints your ears might not otherwise pick up right away, like the fact that ん represents at least five different nasal sounds, or that most sounds in Japanese are similar to but very rarely identical to the sounds in English.
