Should I move to Japan?

Postby lol890 » Sun 01.20.2008 8:39 pm

I'm interesting in visiting Japan and if things go well live there. I have no interest in America. I'm not interested in American things, and in general don't like American people. However I have two physical disabilities and one mental. Should I even bother trying to achieve my dream or just wait to die?

I think you need to re-state the question.

First of all, the grass is not greener on the other side.

what's holding you back, really?
if you want to go, go and don't listen to disapproving words. It's what you what that's important, and not what they want for you.

But it's good to have a basic understanding of the language if you want to get along there =3

A visa, most likely. You can't move to Japan without one, and that basically means having a job set up beforehand.

Yes, you should move to Japan ASAP.

What nationality are you?
Don't complain to me that people kick you when you're down. It's your own fault for lying there

Hi, welcome back.
I still remember "Should I give up my dream" thread.

I've decided not to go to Japan. The country is just going to destroy itself because its idiotic people are too lazy to reproduce. I don't want to see firsthand a self-imposed genocide.

I sometimes think Coco could give an Elephant lessons in memnonics.

Ahh yes, I remember that thread. The attitude did strike me the same. Makes people want to throw out the welcome mat.

I'd concentrate more on controling the Bi-polar disorder, because wherever you go, there you are. Your problems will not stay where you left them, you take them with you wherever you go.

I found that out firsthand when I moved so many times growing up. Everytime I moved, I thought I would start over, be popular, and all that. It never happened. I had the same social issues wherever I went.

I remember that Give Dream Up thread. It's sort of humourous now.
But, lol890! Do a bit of research and learn more about Japan before you start saying things like this. :)

The fact that the username contains "lol" kind of makes me wonder how serious this is. Of course, this is assuming that it's the same "lol" we on the internets have been using for years.

Must the hammer descend?

OP,
Year 2008 just started, it seems you are getting more “prosperous” for the new year --- You’ll probably need a gigantic hammer if you keep putting a magnifying glass over your negatives! Or who knows, the hammer might work over your mindset with a fresh perspective, that’s not a bad thing then.

What really bothers me about 2008 is the sheer amount of times we have needed the hammer's help before February even starts.

That would be an afwul big move, just to find out you may not like it. Also, as stated, i believe you need to have a job lined up first.
