Hiragana Times

Is anyone familiar with the bilingual Japanese/English magazine Hiragana Times?
http://www.hiraganatimes.com/hp/magazin ... out-E.html
It's a monthly magazine with short articles about just about anything, with furigana for all the kanji.
Has anyone used it as a study tool, to learn vocabulary or sentence patterns, or practice kanji?
And finally, what would be the easiest way to subscribe for a European?
Thank you,
David

I think you're thinking of the Nihongo Journal.
