Japan-America Sociey classes--know anything about them?

Hello all,

There is a Japan America Society where I live and they offer weekly 90 minute classes. The textbook for the beginners class is volume 1 of Genki (along with the workbook). I'm going to drop by their offices and check them out, but I wonder if anyone has taken their classes or knows anything about them. I searched this site but didn't find anything. Thanks.
