I need to know how to write in Japanese on the computer other than copying and pasting individual characters >.< is it some sort of font or an on-screen keyboard?

Just be glad XP is so easy to add Japanese input. It used to be a huge pain.

[center]The IME isn't working for me... I have it installed and I can clearly see that I've changed it from EN to JP (the little blue box) but nothing ever turns out japanese >.<[/center]

You have to change from Direct Input ( capital A on language bar ) to Hiragana mode ( あ on language bar ).

<ctrl>+<caps lock> will probably do it or just click on the A and select あ from the list.

I think I might have installed the wrong thing..

Looks like it worked, but I think it may be minimized as a part of the task bar. You may have to click on it and choose 'Show Language Bar' to get it to maximize and allow you to play with it.

But <ctrl>+<caps lock> should be easier anyway.

[center]I've tried that. "Show Language Toolbar" is already checkmarked so when I click it, it goes away. I've got it as maximized as I can o.o I think I might have missed downloading something but i'm not sure cause I don't get anything but the choice of EN or JP so *shrug* Oh well at least it works ^^[/center]
