Have a textbook or grammar book that you find particularly helpful? What about a learning tip to share with others?

kanji software (yet again..)

Postby m83 » Mon 11.20.2006 10:37 am

Hey everyone,

I've been searching for a comprehensive kanji learning program (that would build sentences based on the kanji you learn) and have not yet found such a program. Does anyone know of any?
The flashcards are getting a bit cumbersome to carry around and fumble through.
thanks!

Try a vocabularly learning program and learn the kanji as they come up in those words.

Kanji Gold is good but I also recommend KanjiLab. Kanji Gold is multi-choice based which is OK for a start but having to enter the reading manually is a more thorough test. KanjiLab also includes example sentences.

Dude, I have a Mac and a PC. If it weren't for the issues of application availability, I'd blow up the PC and never touch it again.
