Easy Kana

i got a workbook called Easy Kana from my local borders bookstore. there's tons of room to practice writing hiragana and katakana and there are nice sentences at the end of the chapters for you to copy.

the book doesn't give cute mnemonic help with the memorization of the kana (this website was really what helped me do that!) but it does give you space to practice each character. the bits at the ends of the chapters give invaluable practice with writing full sentences (especially if you're learning on your own without a class like me).

i highly reccomend this workbook as a supplement for anyone learning the kana. it's a wonderful way to practice your writing skills (also your penmanship!).
