Have a textbook or grammar book that you find particularly helpful? What about a learning tip to share with others?

I've finished GenkiI and II, and am ready to move on to the next book on Intermediate Japanese by the Japan Times and will prob get that Dictionary of Intermediate Japanese too.

At the same time though, I was wondering if anyone here knows a good equivalent or post-JLPT3 grammar textbook in Japanese? It's often been said that the best way to learn Japanese is to learn it IN Japanese, and I think I'm ready to try. I hope to use the Japanese text as a complementary reference and at the same time as 'technical reading' practice.

Any suggestions? :)

This is a grammar text, in Japanese, aimed at teachers of Japanese. It isn't keyed to the JLPT, but might fit your bill.
