Hello all! newbity-newb here.

well, I got to be honest. I went here mainly because of anime (english subs aren't to my liking)... pretty shallow reason to learn japanese, but hell, if I can understand half of what my japan-related stuff at home then that would be great.
...
BTW, since the japanese class in my school won't be available until next year, i guess this will be my training for 'em.

wish me luck! :D

Hi there, aL69! Lucky you, with an upcoming Japanese class. Will it start in Academic Year 2010-2011 or 2011-2012? Either way, you've got some time to get some learning in. You can walk into your first class, ready to hit the ground running. :)
