こんばんわみんあ
Hi, I have been learning Japanese on my own for about 6 months now, but I'm kind of getting learners block, and feel I could learn a lot more if I joined a forum and started posting actively. I'm not to good with introductions and such so I'll leave it at that... for now
ありがとございます!

Good morning, Kazuya-kun! I've been self-studying for about six months, too. It's challenging, isn't it?

TJPへようこそ
Are you using a text book as a guide to your self study?

Don't complain to me that people kick you when you're down. It's your own fault for lying there

Yes, it is very difficult to remain engaged without someone to practice with, and the textbook is great but there are too few examples and practice questions, and sometimes it's nice to able to ask 'why'. I'm using Japanese For Everyone by Susumu Nagara.
(And in case you're wondering, I work at a book store that's why I keep posting links to all the books I've used; I'm not trying to sell anything, honest!)
[By the way, I suppose the title should read [こんばんは みな]... clearly I need more practice!]
よろしく!

Actually, it should read こんばんは みなさん; for the record, without the honorific, it's みんな.
