Beginner (and a tiny bit discouraged)

Postby Mahou Otaku » Wed 09.10.2014 4:14 pm

I am beginning to study Japanese, and looking at it all is so overwhelming. There's a lot to learn, and it is discouraging.

I hope to at least learn conversational Japanese, and travel to Japan. I am not sure where to visit, and would love recommendations too.

You can call me by just my forum name or CJ, and it's nice to meet you all.

It isn't so hard to learn. Try and immerse yourself in the culture, music and TV shoes.

Thank you! I guess that's part of the problem, I don't have access to raw japanese language such as in raw anime, etc. Everything I've seen is already translated.

Good Luck, I've been at it for 6 months now... I've been taking breaks but everything I have learned so far has stuck with me.
