Hello, everyone. I am new to this site, and today I have begun on the basics of Hiragana (a, e , i, o, and u.) It has always been my dream to be completely fluent in Japanese, which would be my second language, and to one day live a sucsessful life in Japan.
As for the lesson today; I thought it was rather easy. But I am sure that it will get harder, eventually. Even though I am a major otaku, I haven't found any kind of material written in Japanese, so, I am going to have to look for some, eventually.
By te way. I am not seeing an option to write in Hiragana on here... I have a language pack on my computer, and I can type in Hiragana, but do I have to turn it on to write it on here?

Yes, you have to activate your japanese IME to write kana/kanji here. We don't got a built-in japanese IME here.By te way. I am not seeing an option to write in Hiragana on here... I have a language pack on my computer, and I can type in Hiragana, but do I have to turn it on to write it on here?
