Apology
I'm entirely guilty of misinterpreting Mr. Cash's post and reacted immaturely.
I can't say enough how much this has actually upset me. I hate acting like that, and I'm ashamed. I can admit that the knee-jerk reaction that many people (including myself) have for knocking people's idealistic fantasies back into the realm of reality has given me a negative view, and that has certainly colored how I read some things.
I've done my best to not react to it and just walk away. In the translator thread, I failed to do that. I didn't mean to directly insult Mr. Cash, I only meant to point out that I thought the OP was, in fact, trying to make a plan for his future.
I apologize for the part where I accused him of "crapping on" anything, because it was an unnecessary and spiteful comment for me to make.
I apologize, too, for spoiling the thank you thread. That was poor taste, and I can just hope that the admins, Mr. Cash, and everyone else can forgive me for my reactions.

Does this mean I have to cancel the shipment of torches and pitchforks?
It's a shame... you can get amazing deals when you buy in bulk.

sara, many people get that way. i'm notorious for getting self-righteous. and thats why you should all stock up on the pitchforks, torches, etc. for when i get out of line.

... have you not heard Mike's take on internet apologies?
Sometimes I think that I'm afraid of thinking, and that scares me.

Sara...Kudos to you for stepping up and apologizing, but chic.. No Apology needed.
You spoke your mind. People don't alway's agree with everybody.
You will never be sorry, if you are true to yourself.

This thread[/url] pretty well covers it.
saraLynne has been very gracious and I think it would be doing her a disservice to allow this thread to suffer from hijack or drift. Would the moderators give thought to locking it, please?
And could we drop the "Mr."? I keep expecting somebody to try to sell me something.
